PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
WHEN TO ARRIVE
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to check your temperature and complete a COVID19 liability release/questionnaire. Please note latecomers will incur the FULL FEE for shortened treatments. Anyone arriving after the 10 minute mark and has NOT contact Leola prior will NOT be accepted. Before entering contactless thermometer checks will be taken. Masks ARE required when entering and can be taken off during the duration of the service. All masks must be place back on after the treatment.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED
We are located inside Regency Salon Suites on Ventura Blvd (above Chipotle). Elevator located in front of building. Text ahead for code to open elevator. Back entrance has three flights of stairs attached to the parking lot. The first two flights have 11 steps. The third has 15. Both bathrooms are wheelchair accessible and gender neutral.

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, as well as Venmo and Zelle if needed.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?
Walk-ins are NOT accepted. We are exclusively by appointment only at this time.
CAN I BRING MY KID OR A GUEST?
Kids and guests are NOT allowed during your service at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause, but due to current COVID19 rules and regulations we can’t have guests or children with you at the same time.
ARE THERE ANY FORMS I NEED TO FILL OUT PRIOR?
Yes! Prior to your appointment you will be send a Client Consultation Form. Please be sure to fill these forms out when you receive them via the email you booked with and submit them prior to your appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour notice to cancel any appointment. We also require a 50% deposit of your service (to be applied to your service) as well as a credit card number on file to hold/book your reservation. In the event of a no‑show, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged to your credit card that was used to hold your reservation. If you call to cancel without 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of what your service was that you had booked. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will results in no longer being able to be a Pansy Esthetics client.
